{"id":10434,"date":"2025-04-05T14:37:39","date_gmt":"2025-04-05T14:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=10434"},"modified":"2025-04-05T14:37:40","modified_gmt":"2025-04-05T14:37:40","slug":"air-fryer-garlic-parmesan-chicken-skewers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=10434","title":{"rendered":"Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 2 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1 stick butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 8-10 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1\/2 cup grated parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 2 tsp red pepper flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1\/3 cup fresh parsley, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 2 tsp paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1 tsp onion powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 1\/2 tsp pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INSTRUCTIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Set this mixture aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces. Toss them in olive oil along with the seasoning mixture until well coated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Thread the chicken pieces onto each skewer, packing them tightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Trim the tops of the skewers if necessary to fit in your air fryer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the butter with minced garlic. Heat until the butter is partially melted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and parmesan, whisking everything together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Reserve 1\/3 of the sauce for basting while cooking. Set aside the remaining sauce to use for brushing after cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Place 2-3 skewers in the air fryer and cook at 400\u00b0F for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Flip the skewers, baste them with the reserved sauce, and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Flip them once more, baste again, and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165\u00b0F. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total cooking time should be approximately 12-14 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.
