I take the needle and bring it to the edge of the scissors blades and sort of open the scissors with the needle, bring it to the blades opening.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-2-Medium-25-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6148\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This needs to be done 6-7 times and the scissors will start cutting better than before.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-3-Medium-22-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6147\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also sharpen scissors using a glass medicine bottle.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-4-Medium-20-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6146\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We bring the scissors to the base of the bottle neck and, just like with the needle, we open the scissors with the bottle neck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6-7 times is enough to sharpen the blades.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-5-Medium-17-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6145\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All this will take you no more than a few seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-6-Medium-11-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6144\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-7-Medium-9-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6143\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, if the scissors are very dull and do not even cut paper properly, then a more serious sharpening option will be required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do this, you need to take fine-grained sandpaper.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-8-Medium-7-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6142\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We place it on a flat surface, for example, it could be glass from a photo frame, and draw the cutting edge away from us several times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On scissors, this is where the metal has an angle, with the help of which the cutting occurs. In the process, the plane of the cutting edge must be tightly aligned with the plane of the sandpaper.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-9-Medium-2-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6141\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All these methods are suitable for stationery knives and tailor&#8217;s knives.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/scale_1200-10-Medium-2-500x280-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6140\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scissors that are designed to cut paper usually have a rivet, if it is loose, they stop cutting.
