You only need a few ingredients to obtain it without having to have the oven at hand because in addition to being tasty it is also cold and without cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100g of mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of two lemons (50ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zest of two organic lemons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250ml whipping cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, pour the mascarpone into a large bowl and then the sugar. Start whipping so that the two ingredients blend together and obtain a smooth cream. At this point, add the squeezed lemon juice and continue whipping. When we fill the glasses we can then garnish the cream as we prefer using chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips, lemon zest and any other sugary cream we desire.
