Simple and delicious cabbage recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 savoy cabbage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup (210g) green lentils<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup (100g) walnuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 chopped tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon ketchup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon ground paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cup (80g) grated carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u00bc cup (300ml) passata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup (240ml) vegetable stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rinse the lentils and pick through them to remove any debris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a medium pot, combine the lentils with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Drain and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the lentils are cooking, prepare the cabbage. Remove the core of the cabbage and cut it into wedges. *You can adjust the size of the wedges depending on your preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large pot, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the cabbage wedges and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
