Thick vegetable soup with chicken!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 <a><\/a>leek, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 carrot, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 celery stalk, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 bell pepper, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 small zucchini, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon dried thyme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 teaspoon ground turmeric<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 teaspoon paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 liter vegetable broth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cups chopped potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup chopped mushrooms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 finely chopped chili pepper (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the leek, carrot, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for 7 minutes, or until softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chicken, thyme, turmeric, and paprika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season with salt and pepper.
