alt="" class="wp-image-9570"/>

However, even in such a situation, the plant is able to revive and get a new chance at life.

<p that has lost its roots is simple and relatively quick.

In just one month, without the use of additional fertilizers and specific means, it is possible to grow a new healthy root system even from a single living leaf.

Preparing for Revival

First steps

Cut off a healthy orchid leaf, clean the stem, removing all rotten parts.

Rinse the leaf under running water and dry it gently with a soft towel.

Creating a nutrient solution

The nutrient solution is prepared in 2 stages:

Pour 500 ml of warm water over the rice and leave to infuse.

Separately, pour 500 ml of boiling water over the peel of one onion, cover with a lid and let cool.

Strain the onion peel infusion and mix it with rice water.

Treat the cleaned orchid leaf with the resulting nutrient solution using a cotton pad.

Place the leaf cutting in the solution for 25 minutes.

This stage will help protect the plant from pathogens and insects, and will also provide the necessary nutrients to begin root formation.

Recovery stage

After treatment with a nutrient solution, place the orchid in a cool place for 24 hours.

For further restoration, you will need a simple design: attach a cotton pad to the lid of a plastic cup.

Place this structure in a larger container and place an orchid leaf on top of the cotton pad.

Pour water into the container so that it lightly touches the cotton pad, thereby ensuring the supply of the necessary moisture to the plant.

Spray the leaf regularly, every four days, and monitor the water level.

<div
