Here&#8217;s how to prepare them:"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the choux pastry:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 g of butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml of water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g of 00 flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the lemon cream:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 ml of fresh cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g of mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g of icing sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice and zest of 2 lemons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the lemon glaze:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 g of icing sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the choux pastry:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a small saucepan, bring the water, butter and salt to the boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the butter has melted, add the flour all at once and mix vigorously until the mixture becomes smooth and comes away from the edges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from heat and let cool. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition until mixture is smooth and glossy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooking the cream puffs:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a piping bag, form balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden and puffed up. Let them cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare the lemon cream:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar. Add the mascarpone, lemon juice and zest, mixing gently until you get a smooth cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filling of the cream puffs:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill the cream puffs with the lemon cream using a piping bag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare the icing:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until smooth.
