I won&#8217;t say that I have no time at all to take care of myself, rather, I put it all off until later due to laziness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then my husband got seriously ill, and all the worries, including the garden and animals, fell on my shoulders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I recently looked at my heels and was shocked. I&#8217;m not ashamed to show them to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-18-375x500.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61491\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s impossible to believe that this can happen to a woman who takes care of herself! If you want to criticize me, I understand, because I am ashamed myself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But I cannot consider my circumstances an excuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn&#8217;t have the opportunity to contact a specialist, so I had to act on my own. I chose two affordable products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also bought a new file at a discount. Today, having finished all my chores, I started an experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On my right leg I used the product from the round package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the instructions, I steamed my foot in a basin, put on gloves and applied the product to my heel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-5-4-375x500.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After that I put a bag on my leg and waited 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-6-4-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61481\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I removed everything with a paper napkin and treated the heel with a file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-7-4-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61482\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the result:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-8-3-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61483\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Then I started using the second remedy on my left leg:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-10-2-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61485\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The procedure is simpler here. You don&#8217;t need to wash or steam your feet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product is applied to a cotton pad, which is applied to problem areas for 3-5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-11-1-375x500.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61486\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I waited for 5 minutes, removed the disks, wiped them with a napkin and rubbed them lightly with a file. Look what came out of it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-12-1-375x500.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61487\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-13-1-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61488\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result amazed me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the procedures, I applied calendula ointment to my feet and heels, put on bags and socks&#8230; and promised myself that I would never allow such a neglected state again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-15-1-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61490\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I liked both products, but the liquid in the bottle turned out to be more effective and faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do you deal with heel problems? Of course, a pedicure by a specialist is the best option, but there are other methods.
