Stir until the gelatin has dissolved. Spread the slightly cooled pudding on the crumbled biscuits, on which we have previously arranged the blueberries.<br>Ingredients for the stracciatella layer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 cups 30% whipping cream, very cold<br>1 lemon gelatin<br>1 cup water<br>50 g chocolate chips or grated dark chocolate<br>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/img\/b\/R29vZ2xl\/AVvXsEgZ1VdXVvE0RlzLFvX3vtLcQ0moVU9CQR9SnEYgCYwbqDnZRddvLw31RKOrm7XF3bt-hGz7eGO37107-Wx7lH_NdQte4VdB9Rr4tBQz41QuP9AtVLSRByYK-JQjM5QIdGRhjbRQZE2JQcTn3vizqBU57sEhR0ZicWJPW-G4mxGAnklnczgSXPPntMI62SXS\/s320\/DSC_0058.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 240 ml of hot water. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave to cool. Whip the cream until stiff. Add the cooled gelatin to the whipped cream. Mix everything together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chocolate chips to the mixture. Pour the resulting mixture over the cooled pudding. Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
