{"id":12333,"date":"2025-06-05T13:24:31","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T13:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=12333"},"modified":"2025-06-05T13:24:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-05T13:24:32","slug":"do-you-have-rice-and-eggs-at-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=12333","title":{"rendered":"Do you have rice and eggs at home?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 cups cooked, cold rice (preferably leftover rice)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tablespoons vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 large eggs, beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cup frozen peas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cup chopped carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cup chopped onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tablespoons soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon sesame oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd teaspoon ground ginger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until scrambled and just set. Remove from the pan and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the peas, carrots, and onion to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes, until heated through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Push the rice to the sides of the pan and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
