The best energy dessert recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">80 g dried apricots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50g walnuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100g peanuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 g pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 g sunflower seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon sesame seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon linseed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon poppy seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50g almonds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg white<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon honey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Top up the dried apricots with water for 5 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will help soften them up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C (360\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a food processor, chop the walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseed, and poppy seeds until they are coarsely ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drain the apricots and roughly chop them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts and seeds, chopped apricots, almonds, egg white, and honey.
