Mix well.<br>Gently fold in the egg whites whipped until stiff with a spatula.<br>Pour into a pan and bake at 180\u00b0C for about 15 minutes until golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cream cheese:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg of spreadable cheese (bucket type)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cream puddings (large packs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 glass of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml whipping cream (36% fat)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the cheese and the puddings.
