It&#8217;s easy to prepare and the results are amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/scale_1200-114-500x281.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63235\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash the eggplants and cut them into slices. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the onion and bell pepper into half rings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chop the greens finely and grate the garlic on a fine grater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix all raw vegetables, add salt, spices and vinegar. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes to release the juices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Layer vegetables and eggplants in sterilized jars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a towel on the bottom of the pan. Place the jars and fill with water up to the level of the jars&#8217; hangers.
