We do the same with flour. Then add salt and baking powder, mix everything thoroughly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir again. Knead soft dough. We divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and grease with vegetable oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the dough rest for 20 minutes, then roll out each ball into a thin cake. Grease it with melted butter and sprinkle with starch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If desired, add cottage cheese or cheese to the filling. Fold the flatbread in half and then roll it into a roll. We do this with each piece of dough. Then press down a little on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We repeat the process, rolling it into a small cake.
