Here are the main mistakes people make when cooking barbecue and how to correct them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meat selection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people believe that kebab can only be made from lamb, but this is not true. Delicious kebab can be prepared from any meat, even pork. The main thing is that the meat is not too lean &#8211; carbonated meat is not suitable, it is better to take a neck with a small amount of fat. Fat is necessary so that the meat does not turn out dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The size of the meat pieces is also important: they must be large enough to retain juiciness. If the meat is tough, it can be marinated in mineral water or ayran. Vinegar should not be used &#8211; it kills the taste of the meat. It is also not recommended to pour mayonnaise on meat. Many people fill the grill with large coals, fill them with lighter fluid and throw the meat onto the hot coals. It is not right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The coals should be fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is better not to use lighter fluid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need to fry on coals, which are covered with a thin layer of ash and become \u201clike Beshtau in February.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum heat causes the meat to burn on the outside and remain raw on the inside.
