Pickled tomatoes with garlic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fresh tomatoes 1.5-2 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch of parsley;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic 3-4 cloves;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black currant leaf 2-3 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cherry leaf 2-3 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dill umbrella 1 pc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt 1 glass;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtered water 1-1.5 l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to cook:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash the tomatoes well and remove the stems. Wash the greens and cut the garlic into slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a little parsley, cherry and currant leaves, chopped garlic, an umbrella of dill on the bottom of an enamel pan or bucket, then place tomatoes on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then dissolve 1 glass of salt in 1-1.5 liters. water and pour this brine over the tomatoes and herbs. Cover them with a lid, a smaller pot or bucket, and place a weight on top to prevent the vegetables from floating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the pan with tomatoes in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks. After the specified period, pickled tomatoes will be ready for consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe 2. Pickled tomatoes with mustard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These tomatoes are especially tasty, juicy, spicy and aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fresh tomatoes 2 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 bunches of parsley;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greens and dill umbrellas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celery 2 bunches;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onion 3 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic 3 heads;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Horseradish root 3 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currant, cherry, raspberry, horseradish leaves 3-4 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tarhun;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt 1 tbsp. L.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bay leaf 1 pc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black peppercorns 4 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allspice peas 3 pcs.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carnation buds 2 pcs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to cook:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Add salt to boiling water &#8211; 1 liter. water 1 tbsp. l., allspice and black peppercorns, cloves and bay leaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, cover the pan with a lid and let the brine boil for another 2-3 minutes, then turn off the stove and let the brine cool. Next, place garlic and herbs on the bottom of the container, then washed tomatoes without stems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next layer is greens and garlic, then again tomatoes and so on until the end. Pour the cooled brine over the tomatoes, cover the top with gauze folded in several layers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a plate or lid of a suitable size on the gauze and a load in the form of a three-liter jar of water. After 2-3 days, replace the load with a lighter one, for example, a one and a half liter jar and leave the tomatoes for 5-7 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After this, the brine will become cloudy, and then you need to move the pan with tomatoes to the cellar or to the balcony for another 3-4 weeks.
