    • 1 egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 60g cornstarch<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 150ml cold milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 100g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 25g cocoa powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 250ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 50g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 50g plums<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      For the Chocolate Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • 70g dark chocolate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 70ml cream (33%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 5g butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Cake Base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Crush the cocoa cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Press the cookie crumbs into the base of a cake pan or springform pan to form a crust.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Cake Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. \u00a0In a saucepan, whisk together the yolk, egg, cornstarch, and cold milk until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and milk to the mixture and whisk continuously over medium heat until it thickens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Remove from heat, add butter and plums, and stir until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
