Perfect when you want something sweet but without too much effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Milk 300 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Egg yolks 3 pcs. (58-60 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar 70 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla sugar 1 packet (10 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sour cream 350 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instant gelatin 20 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour 100 ml of cold milk over the gelatin, mix and leave to swell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and creamy. Pour in 200 ml of milk, place on the stove and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil (do not boil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove from heat and immediately add the swollen gelatin, mix well until dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the mixture cool slightly, then add vanilla sugar and sour cream, mix thoroughly until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add pieces of fruit or berries if desired. Pour the dessert into a mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight) to set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before serving, garnish with grated chocolate, coconut flakes, or almonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dessert turns out tender, airy, and incredibly delicious \u2013 a real pleasure without baking!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A light, creamy and very tasty dessert that is made without dough or an oven.
