But my recipe is simple, so I recommend you make it too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"retsept-domashnogo-zef-ru\">Homemade marshmallow recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oselyaua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/screenshot_20220502-214344_instagram-1015x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-499\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ngred-nti\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agar-agar 7 grams\u00a0<em><strong>\u00a0(this is gelatin, only of plant origin, it is what you need!)<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water 50 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berry puree (any to taste) 100 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar 160 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg white (1 size egg) + a pinch of salt + 40 grams of powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oselyaua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/screenshot_20220502-214356_instagram-1024x1015-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-500\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"prigotuvannya\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually add the powdered sugar. We need to beat until soft peaks form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cold water over the agar-agar, stir well, and add berry puree (I used blackcurrant).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put on the stove, bring to a boil, add sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oselyaua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/screenshot_20220502-214441_instagram-886x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-501\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once it boils, cook the syrup for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly (the syrup should drip off the spatula\/spoon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oselyaua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/screenshot_20220502-214445_instagram.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-502\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the hot syrup into the egg whites in a stream and beat continuously with a mixer.
