{"id":16626,"date":"2025-10-20T05:46:42","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T05:46:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=16626"},"modified":"2025-10-20T05:46:42","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T05:46:42","slug":"oven-baked-puff-pastry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=16626","title":{"rendered":"Oven-baked puff pastry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf5e Oven-baked fluffy pita bread \ud83e\udd56 \ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Required ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 ml lukewarm milk<br>100 ml warm water<br>2 tablespoons yogurt<br>3 tablespoons oil<br>1 sachet instant yeast (7 g)<br>1 teaspoon granulated sugar<br>2 teaspoons salt<br>Approx. 500-550 g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the lukewarm milk, warm water, yeast and sugar to a bowl and mix well.<br>Add the oil and yoghurt, continuing to mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gradually add the flour and salt, kneading until you obtain a soft and slightly sticky dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 45 minutes, until it doubles in volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After rising, gently press the dough to remove any trapped air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divide into 10 equal balls, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll each ball out on a floured surface, using a rolling pin, until it forms a round shape, the size of a dessert plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place on a tray lined with baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the tray in the oven preheated to 250\u00b0C and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the loaves become golden brown and fluffy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83c\udf5e Oven-baked fluffy pita bread \ud83e\udd56 \ud83d\udd25 Required ingredients: 200 ml lukewarm milk100 ml warm water2 tablespoons yogurt3 tablespoons oil1 sachet instant yeast (7 g)1 teaspoon granulated sugar2 teaspoons saltApprox.
