An amazing, tasty and aromatic paste made from horseradish leaves. The preparation is incredibly tasty, very useful in the kitchen and also versatile!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can be used as a condiment, marinade or sauce for various types of meat. During the season I prepare and store in the refrigerator, and at the end of the season I make several jars for the winter. If the recipe is new to you, try it because it is extraordinary. It is also very easy to make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 2 500 ml jars.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Horseradish leaves \u2013 30 pcs. (larger)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walnuts \u2013 250 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sweet green peppers \u2013 250 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic \u2013 100 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green chili peppers \u2013 2 pcs (40 g.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parsley \u2013 100 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dill \u2013 100 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt \u2013 60 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriander \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Khameli-Suneli \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground allspice \u2013 half a teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black pepper \u2013 half a teaspoon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dill seeds \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil \u2013 150 ml<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Pour boiling water over the nuts, leave for 20 minutes, then drain in a colander, dry with paper towels and fry in a dry pan until golden.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/suntgospodina.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pasta-de-hrean-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66558\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Take horseradish leaves, cut off the hard stem, chop them coarsely and put them in the blender bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/suntgospodina.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pasta-de-hrean-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66559\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Clean the sweet green pepper from the stem and seeds and transfer it over the horseradish leaves in the blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/suntgospodina.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pasta-de-hrean-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66557\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Add green chili peppers, a bunch of dill and parsley, garlic, and roasted walnuts to the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/suntgospodina.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pasta-de-hrean-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66556\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Grind everything until completely smooth, then add salt, ground coriander, khameli-suneli,\u00a0\u00a0black pepper\u00a0, ground allspice and dill seeds. The taste of the paste is spicy and you can easily spread it even on bread and eat it with your favorite meat.
