First, brown the stew in a pan with oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Salt it and set it aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. In the same pan, brown the garlic, onion, bay leaf and add the meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Then add the wine, mushrooms and water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
