100 ml warm water
1 egg
100 ml warm milk 60 ml vegetable oil
6 g fresh yeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n
400 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
25 g sugar
70 g softened butter and eggs chopped dark chocolate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add an egg, vegetable oil, flour, and salt. Stir to combine, then knead for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Brush with softened butter and fold twice. Dust with flour and roll out again into a rectangle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cut into 12 strips and shape into a ring as shown in the photo.
Set the ring cakes aside to rise again for 30 minutes, then brush with beaten egg and garnish with chopped chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
