Cut the potatoes into quarters and leave them in boiling salted water for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Season the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Prepare the breading with the grated cheese and breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Puree the potatoes inside and place them on a baking sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
