Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.<br>2. Boil them in salted water.<br>3. Mash the potatoes and add the chopped spring onions.<br>4. Grate the cheese and add it to the mixture.<br>5. Season with black pepper, then mix until well combined.<br>6. Form a circle with the potato mixture, place a hot dog in the center and wrap it with the potato mixture.<br>7. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon.<br>8. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and ketchup.<br>9. Brush the bottom of a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil, then place the sandwiches.<br>10. Brush the surface of each roll with the ketchup seasoning.<br>11.
