However, home-made and inexpensive remedies also do the job well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the advice of a friend, I tried cleaning my rugs with a mixture of powder and ammonia, and was very pleased with the result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To prepare the solution you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 liter of hot water;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon of powder;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon of ammonia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are cleaning indoors, you should open the windows and wear a mask, as the smell of ammonia can be quite strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, it quickly dissipates, and for cleanliness, be prepared for this specific smell. Just soak a clothes brush in the prepared solution and brush the carpet.
