Knead a smooth dough. Divide it into 2 parts and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coarsely grate the apples and remove any excess juice. Mix them together with the sugar and cinnamon. Roll out half of the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Layer the apple filling on top of the dough. Roll out the other half of the dough and place on top. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
