I have never eaten anything better in my life."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 kg potatoes<br>Vegetable oil<br>Salt and black pepper, to taste<br>6 eggs<br>1\/2 teaspoon dried garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/3 teaspoon turmeric<br>250 grams of ham<br>250 grams of mushrooms preserved in vinegar<br>150 grams of hard cheese 150 grams of canned corn<br>2 tablespoons of mayonnaise<br>100 grams of cheese<br>Green onions and dill for decoration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.<br>2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes until they are slightly soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>3. In a separate bowl, beat the 6 eggs. Add the dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.<br>4. Add the semi-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.<br>5. In an oven-safe dish, pour the potato and egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.<br>6. Bake at 180\u00b0C for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>7. In the meantime, prepare a salad with ham, mushrooms, hard cheese, corn and mayonnaise.<br>8. Once the omelet is ready, remove it from the oven, sprinkle the 100 grams of cheese on top and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts.<br>9.
