Incredibly, it is prepared surprisingly simply and quickly, which makes it a frequent guest on my table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-90-500x283.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60318\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cooking:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour kefir into a large bowl, add soda and mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-500x263.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60319\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the egg to the mixture, add sour cream, melted butter, salt and sugar, and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-2-1-500x204.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60306\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gradually add sifted flour, knead the dough, which is then put into the freezer for 20 minutes in a tightly closed bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-3-24-500x266.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60307\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan for about 3-4 minutes, then transfer them to a blender bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-4-19-500x266.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60308\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add sugar to the nuts and grind until finely crumbled, pour into a separate bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-5-17-500x211.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60309\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Similarly, grind the dried apricots with sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/scale_1200-6-13-500x245.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60310\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divide the dough into three parts: two equal portions of 23.5 g and one larger portion of 37.5 class=\"wp-image-60311\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll out most of the dough and place it in a 26 cm diameter pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spread the nut filling evenly over the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
