Place the chicken on a clean cutting board and pat it dry with paper towels. I recommend using a cutting board specifically designed for meat; this way, you won&#8217;t be cutting vegetables on the same surface as the raw chicken.<br>Then prepare the chicken as directed in the recipe, using a marinade or dressing.
