Remove the pulp and green rind from the watermelon slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>2. Cut the rind into cubes, including the white part with a little of the remaining pulp.<br>3. Place the cubes in a saucepan, add the sugar, lemon zest, and juice. Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>4. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook for 30 minutes.<br>5. Use an immersion blender to blend everything into a smooth mixture.<br>6.
