Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and add a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Add Vegetables and Seasoning:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them over the chickpeas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thinly slice the shallots and add them to the dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drizzle the honey over the chickpeas and vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle the mild chili flakes evenly over the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bake the Dish:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Add Feta and Eggs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the dish from the oven. Make four small wells in the chickpea mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crack an egg into each well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the feta cheese into cubes and scatter them around the eggs and chickpeas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bake Again:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness and the feta is slightly browned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
