They&#8217;re crunchy and delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Also read other ideas for zucchini-based dishes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until now, I had no idea that you could preserve zucchini in a jar and enjoy them all year round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But since I tried this recipe, I fell in love with it and stopped worrying about not having enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients for 4-liter jars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1.5 kg courgettes<br>\u2022 4 cloves garlic<br>\u2022 1 tablespoon salt<br>\u2022 1 teaspoon ground black pepper<br>\u2022 3 tablespoons sugar<br>\u2022 120 ml sunflower oil<br>\u2022 120 ml 9% vinegar<br>\u2022 1 chilli pepper<br>\u2022 20 g dill<br>\u2022 20 g parsley<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the young zucchini and remove the seeds from the older ones. Wash them and cut them into pieces. Place them in a deep bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the garlic, pressed with a garlic press. Add the sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, and black pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smakdnia.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cuk7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9832\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finely chop the parsley and dill and cut the chili pepper into thin strips. Add them to the zucchini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smakdnia.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cuk6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9833\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix gently.
