{"id":2201,"date":"2024-06-19T05:03:20","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T05:03:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=2201"},"modified":"2024-06-19T05:03:20","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T05:03:20","slug":"simply-grate-the-zucchini-and-add-the-eggs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=2201","title":{"rendered":"Simply grate the zucchini and add the eggs!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients for Fritters:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 zucchini, grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 <a><\/a>cup rice, cooked<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 carrot, grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 bell pepper, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paprika, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50g cheese, grated (choose as per preference, feta or cheddar works well)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh dill, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp breadcrumbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2-3 tbsp flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-155.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-155.png 512w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-155-240x300.png 240w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-155-300x375.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients for Yogurt Dill Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4-5 tbsp yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp mayonnaise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh dill, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, cooked rice, chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the eggs and add them to the zucchini mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the grated cheese and a generous amount of chopped dill, parsley or cilantro to the mix. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle breadcrumbs and flour into the mixture, starting with the smaller amount and adding more if needed to make the mixture hold together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a frying pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Using a spoon or your hands, form patties from the zucchini mixture and fry until golden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
