Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Mix gently until a thick batter forms. Avoid overmixing to keep the fritters tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Heat the Oil:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of about 2 inches. Heat the oil over medium heat until hot. A small drop of batter should sizzle when dropped into the oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fry the Fritters:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fry the fritters until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serving:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serve the fritters hot.
