Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the potatoes and broth: Add the chopped potatoes and beef broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the beans, tomatoes, and seasonings: Add the canned beans in tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the pot.
