{"id":2286,"date":"2024-06-21T12:03:29","date_gmt":"2024-06-21T12:03:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=2286"},"modified":"2024-06-21T12:03:29","modified_gmt":"2024-06-21T12:03:29","slug":"spinach-and-cheese-bake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=2286","title":{"rendered":"Spinach and Cheese Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-177.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-177.png 512w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-177-240x300.png 240w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-177-300x375.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500g spinach, washed and chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 <a><\/a>tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 red onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 eggs, beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120ml milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200g Greek feta, crumbled<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100g grated mozzarella<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh parsley, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optional: chili pepper, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preheat the Oven:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Saut\u00e9 the Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 onion and garlic until translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare the Batter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Combine Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the cooled spinach mixture, crumbled feta, grated mozzarella, and fresh parsley. Add optional chili pepper if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
