This recipe is so easy that you can bake it even every day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients (approximately 25 pieces):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flour \u2013 450 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar \u2013 150 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil \u2013 50 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Egg \u2013 1 pc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sour cream \u2013 200 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt \u2013 a pinch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baking soda \u2013 1 tsp (or 10 g baking powder)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instant coffee \u2013 1 tbsp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolate \u2013 50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla sugar \u2013 to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt. Add vanilla sugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in the sour cream at room temperature, pour in the oil and stir until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add instant coffee (or ground coffee diluted in a spoonful of hot water) and finely chopped chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually add the sifted flour and baking soda. Knead a soft dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form balls slightly larger than a walnut, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press down lightly. Sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar if desired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at 180 \u00b0C for 15\u201320 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The result:<\/strong>&nbsp;fragrant, crumbly cookies with a delicate coffee note and chocolate pieces.
