the Cauliflower Patties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 <a><\/a>medium cauliflower<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp psyllium husk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup (100g) ground almonds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 green onions, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oil for frying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Vegan Tartar Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 avocado, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4-6 pickles, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">70ml (5 tbsp) dairy-free yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare the Cauliflower:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disassemble the cauliflower into florets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simmer the cauliflower florets in the boiling water for 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drain the cauliflower and allow it to cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grate the cooled cauliflower florets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Make the Vegan Tartar Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finely chop the avocado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix in vinegar and chopped pickles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add dairy-free yogurt, salt, and black pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare the Cauliflower Patties Mixture:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, mix grated cauliflower, psyllium husk, ground almonds, salt, black pepper, green onions, and garlic cloves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Form and Cook the Patties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wet your hands and shape the mixture into patties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
