Their taste is different from the classic ones, but they are no less appetizing: tender, soft and with a slight spicy note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water \u2013 500 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wheat flour \u2013 9 tbsp. l. (be sure to sift)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eggs \u2013 2 pcs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mayonnaise \u2013 40 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vegetable oil \u2013 40 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar \u2013 40 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt \u2013 a pinch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baking powder \u2013 0.5 tsp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla sugar \u2013 0.5\u20131 tsp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add mayonnaise, vegetable oil, vanilla sugar and baking powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually pour in the water and sifted flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grease the pan with oil only at the beginning, then fry the pancakes without additional fat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry for 1\u20132 minutes on both sides until golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serve the finished pancakes with butter, sour cream, jam, or wrap them in your favorite filling.<a href=\"https:\/\/glaznews.com\/author\/vita\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I make these pancakes almost every day according to my own\u00a0recipe\u00a0.
