It used to be made only for big events, but now I bake it on weekdays and for holidays &#8211; it always gets rave reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flour \u2014 350 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter &#8211; 100 g (can be replaced with margarine or spread)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar \u2014 20 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry yeast &#8211; 7 g (or 20 g fresh)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &#8211; a pinch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Egg yolks \u2014 3 pcs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warm milk \u2014 150 ml<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jam \/ jam \/ marmalade \u2014 500 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cornstarch \u2014 15 g (if the jam is liquid)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Meringue:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proteins &#8211; 4 pcs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powdered sugar or sugar &#8211; 150 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla sugar \u2014 1 packet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon juice \u2014 1 tbsp. spoon (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the butter into cubes, freeze it slightly, and rub it with flour into crumbs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add yeast, sugar, and salt. If the yeast is fresh, dissolve it in warm milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the yolks and milk, knead a thick dough (similar to plasticine). Leave in a warm place for 1\u20131.5 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll out the dough into a layer the size of the baking sheet, form the sides. Pierce with a fork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the egg whites until foamy, gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Beat until stiff peaks form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the jam on\u00a0the dough\u00a0and place the meringue on top (with a piping bag or spoon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at 180 \u00b0C for about 35 minutes until golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This pie always looks festive and tastes like a delicate dessert that even replaces a cake!<a href=\"https:\/\/glaznews.com\/author\/vita\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You don&#8217;t always need\u00a0a cake\u00a0to make a celebration a success.
