In my family, this ketchup is eaten very quickly; there&#8217;s never enough left until spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tomatoes &#8211; 3 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apples &#8211; 0.5 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onions &#8211; 0.25 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &#8211; 1.5 tablespoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar &#8211; 1.5 cups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple cider vinegar &#8211; 50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black and red pepper &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chop all ingredients and cook until the onion is soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grind the mixture with a blender (pass it through a fine sieve if desired) and cook until the desired thickness, about 50 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of cooking, add salt, sugar, pepper to taste, and apple cider vinegar. Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from burning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from heat and pour into prepared jars, then roll up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topsovety.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5817\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ROLLING PROCESS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Roll up the ketchup while it&#8217;s hot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn the jars upside down and let them cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store homemade ketchup in the cellar or refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OPTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add sweet apples and you get the Krasnodar sauce from your childhood.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use sour apples for natural Heinz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a spicy kick, add a head of garlic and a mix of black, red, white, and pink peppercorns\u2014you&#8217;ll have a real delicacy that men will especially appreciate!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This simple recipe guarantees incredibly delicious results.
