The raspberries keep their tender structure, and the taste turns out rich and fresh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you will need<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg of fresh raspberries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 g of sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to prepare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sort the berries, remove leaves and stalks. If the raspberries are clean, it is better not to wash them so that they do not lose their shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the berries with sugar and leave for 4\u20136 hours until they release enough juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the pot on low heat.
