In such a case an old proven method will help out, which was used long before the appearance of modern adhesive mixtures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This glue is well suited for paper, cardboard, wood, fabric and some other porous materials. After drying it becomes quite strong and does not lose its properties for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 ml of water;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of wheat flour;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon of sugar;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon of table vinegar (9%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to prepare:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a small bowl mix the flour with 100 ml of cold water to a homogeneous mass without lumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring the remaining water to a boil. Pour the flour mixture in a thin stream, constantly stirring. Cook on low heat for 2\u20133 minutes until the mass becomes thick and similar to kissel (jelly-like).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove from the stove, add the sugar and mix well. When the mixture cools a little, pour in the vinegar and mix once more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After complete cooling the glue is ready for use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to apply correctly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apply a thin layer of glue to a clean and dry surface, tightly press the parts to each other and leave until complete drying. For a better result you can put a small weight on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is desirable to store the ready glue in a closed glass jar in the refrigerator. It is best to use it within 5\u20137 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an even stronger composition is needed for wooden products or repair of small items, you can add a pinch of gelatin, previously dissolved in water, to the warm mixture.
