Cut the puff pastry into strips.<br>2. Grease the handle of the fork with oil and wrap the strip all around.<br>3. Brush the beaten egg onto the pastry and sprinkle the brown sugar.<br>4. Cook in the oven at 190\u00b0 for 15 minutes.<br>5. Remove the puff pastry from the fork and fill it with the hazelnut cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the teaspoons of pastry:<br><\/strong>1. Place the teaspoons on the circular pastry and cut following the shape.<br>2. Transfer them to the baking tray and cook in the oven at 190\u00b0 for 20 minutes.<br>3. Mix the cream cheese with the tuna.<br>4. Remove the teaspoons and fill the puff pastry ones with the tuna cream.
