You can use baking paper or a special paper to prevent the mixture from sticking.

Toasting the dry ingredients: In a skillet over medium-low heat, toast the walnuts and sunflower seeds. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Do the same with the oats, until they release a toasted aroma.

Mix: In a large bowl, combine the toasted oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and dried fruit.

Adding the honeydew: Add the honeydew or cane honey to the bowl and mix well, making sure each component is well coated and the mixture sticks together.

Shaping the bars: Transfer the mixture into the previously prepared mold and press well until it forms an even layer. The idea is to compact the mixture as much as possible so that when you cut the bars they do not fall apart.

Refrigeration: Cover the mold with aluminum foil or plastic and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours or, better yet, overnight.

Cut and serve: Once solidified, remove from the refrigerator, unmold and cut into bars of the desired size.

These bars are perfect for breakfast, as a snack or to take wherever you want. They are completely natural, free of preservatives and full of energy.

Oatmeal bars are an incredibly nutritious and easy-to-make snack.
