1 pack of cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

200g chopped dark chocolate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, add the cream, sweetened condensed milk and passion fruit juice powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix well for about 5 minutes until you obtain a soft and smooth cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a glass plate and pour the mixture onto it, distributing it evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a bowl, place the chopped chocolate and melt it in a bain-
marie or in the microwave (to avoid burning it, stop every 30 seconds).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the cream and mix well until you get a glossy cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cover the cake with the chocolate ganache and place it in the
refrigerator for at least 1 hour to thicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this time, take it out of the fridge, serve it cold and enjoy your delicious, foolproof dessert!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cover the prepared cream with the chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly over the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
