Mix flour and salt, then add water and 20g of butter. Knead into a dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Roll the dough into a rectangle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Spread 125g butter\/margarine over 2\/3 of the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Fold the uncovered 1\/3 over the buttered portion, then fold the remaining 1\/3 on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Roll and fold twice more, then chill for 30 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Repeat the rolling and folding process 2-3 times, chilling between each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
