Place them in a bowl and sprinkle them with a little lemon juice to prevent them from blackening and 2 tablespoons sugar, put it in a pan on the heat until it withers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of the dough: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy and light. Gradually add the oil and milk alternating with the sifted flour and yeast. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assembling the cake: Grease a cake pan and lightly sprinkle it with flour. Pour the mixture into the pan, arrange the apple slices on top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finishing and serving: Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
