Slice the strawberries and set aside.<br>2. In a bowl, add the eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla essence, all-purpose flour, and baking powder and beat until the mixture becomes lumpy.<br>3. Dip the strawberry slices and coat them on both sides with the mixture.<br>4. Transfer them to the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.<br>5.
